WHAT I DO: I provide craft beer, exceptional food, and lively experiences to Western Washington and regional patrons through Diamond Knot Brewing Co. three locations and our wholesale partnerships with bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. I develop DK’s growth capacity by finding great people to join our team and developing the talents and leadership abilities of all employees. I also build relationships with peers and potential clients and business partners in the brewing and restaurant industry.HOW I DO IT: I am the performance-driven and energetic CEO and Operations expert of Diamond Knot Brewing Co. with over 20 years of restaurant and business management experience. WHY IT WORKS: Diamond Knot operates full-service brewpubs, where locals can enjoy seasonally-updated pub fare with authentic hospitality. We are also a production brewery offering draft and packaged beer products, and we would love to be your preferred beer supplier.WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: I’m the rare food and beverage CEO who has grown up in the industry, so I relate the issues my employees face while bringing a broad perspective and a creative approach to restaurant operations, leadership, team management, and customer experience.
