WHAT I DO: I help Washington-based beer retailers to broaden their offering of unique craft brews by providing unique and fully-developed craft beer and merchandise lines. I help talented restaurant staff, managers, administrative staff, and brewery employees to grow their careers through a fun work environment with great development opportunities.HOW I DO IT: I am the Operations Manager for Diamond Knot Craft Brewing with over a decade of restaurant management experience and many more years in the hospitality business. I oversee operations of The Brewery & Alehouse, The Brewpub @MLT, our Taproom, and our merchandise program, including our online store. My responsibilities include financial planning and results, staffing and leading the management teams, training, site alignment, and execution. I’m also an Executive on our Leadership Team, which works together on brand development and management, finance, strategy, growth, and scaling.
