Make sure prescriptions are properly put up and filed correctly for patients.Write up and package prescriptions that are eventually delivered, mailed, and or picked up at the drive-thru.Maintain a clean environment for patients and employees. On occasion, I perform assistant manager duties.

As a key-holder, I alternate between front-end and backroom management. Front-end responsibilities include managing and coaching up to 10 checkers and courtesy during a shift. Helping customers find products, making sure they’re satisfied with our service, and that they’re checked out in a timely manner. I also help maintain store cleanliness and make sure that carts are readily available. As front-end manager, I count up to 14 drawers nightly. Back-end manager my responsibilities include walking the store and compiling a list of products that need to be stocked. I share the list with the stockers and delegate items for them to fill. During truck nights I help move pallets of inventory in an orderly fashion with the help of the truck driver. As back-end manager, I count up to 9 drawers nightly. Both front-end and back-end managers walk the store each night to make sure items are faced, trash is picked up, and various departments are alarmed and secured. Occasionally, I make deliveries to customer’s homes.

Cross trained in various departments at the store including Front End/Customer Service and Copy and Print. As Manager On Duty on the sales floor I direct and assist associates in helping customer's find the product's they need; and help answer customer questions. Use the playbook to make new signage and planograms in the store. Assist in stocking inventory on the sales floor. Assemble chairs and other products for sales floor and customer use. Maintain and assist in customer sign-ups for our Rewards card program; along with signing up customers for product coverage via Square TradeKey holder for store operations.

Sale cellular phones, plans, and accessories to customers. Responsible at times for opening and closing the store on my own along with counting drawers and dropping off deposits.
