I coach MBA and EMBA level-clients applying to the world's top business schools and graduate programs, offering tailored advice and coaching to business school applicants. I work with candidates through the highly competitive admissions process for top MBA programs, from identifying target schools, developing an application strategy that will effectively showcase their candidacy, through an iterative process of developing the application and coaching for interviews.

Vsource is an international talent-sourcing company with offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia. I created programs related to core company values: customer orientation, continuous self-improvement, and leadership development (using interactive workshops, 1-on-1 coaching, guest speakers, and employee incentive programs) for a staff of 300. My role was to minimize software team collaboration problems, maximize organizational effectiveness, and to support the company vision at all levels.

INSEAD consistently ranks in the top five business schools in the world by publications such as The Financial Times and The Economist, competing with Ivy League Universities. I was responsible for all non-academic student services on two campuses, for 1,000 students per year: This included mental health services, housing, the administration of 30+ student organizations/clubs, Student Council, and organizing all key events, from orientation to graduation. I also helped create the Student Code of Conduct and was responsible for its enforcement. I managed a staff of seven in three countries. During my tenure, student satisfaction with the Student Life Department reached a record high rating in the 60+ year history of the school, as recorded in an exit-survey.

I redesigned and launched a structured-learning program for 1,500 APAC customer support engineers, in addition to evaluating needs and restructuring/expanding new-hire customer service and soft skills training of support engineers and team managers. I managed a foreign staff of ten trainers. I also established and managed an in-house "train the trainer" program, coached executives, managers, and staff in small groups and 1-on-1, and developed individualized coaching and learning plans for technical specialists.
