My career started with ten years military experience where I developed a sound foundation in leading and supporting individuals to fulfil their potential. Throughout my military service I remained professional and enthusiastic, either working as an individual or within a team, even whilst in occasional hostile and pressure fuelled environments.I enhanced these skills and broadened my management and leadership experience within the UK Fire & Rescue Service for a further 23 years. This eventually led to my retirement from the Service as its Prevention and Protection Manager, where I responsible for fire safety, both in commercial and domestic premises within the county of Shropshire. I know share my skills and experiences through consultancy and coaching within the UK Emergency Services, commercial industry and the voluntary sector. My current passion is coaching and supporting African Park Rangers in Anti-Poaching activities, to help protect wildlife and endangered species. I also support global community projects developing teamwork and leadership with graduates and businesses.
