To reduce the number of errors, I have implemented CATIA NC Programming to take advantage of using our customer's native Catia data files and eliminate the need for translation.Vericut Verification and Machine Simulation:To validate all new NC programs and NC program changes, improve first piece success rates, and eliminate machine crashesKubotek: To reduce the lead times for review of customer model revision changes and to conform to Boeing DPD requirements I implemented Kubotek ECO Manager.
