In my role as Project Manager I work closely with the production and installations teams to ensure the smooth transition of a project from design to completion. My work includes site visits and surveys in the initial stages so that we have a clear picture of what the project needs are from the beginning. This helps to eliminate any delays once the installations teams get to site so that the installation can be completed to our high standards as efficiently as possible.
