As lead guest experience designer, my job is to understand what the guest needs to experience in order to get the best interaction from your brand, attraction or event. Mapping guest journeys and flows, creating engaging narratives and designing immersive experiences. I do this by understanding your brand or IP… what you want to say, how you want people to interact with it, and most importantly what they want to gain. This knowledge enables us to concept, create and build amazing, original and innovative experiences tailored to your brand, your spaces and environments. Which in turn, creates a great guest experience for your visitors. Katapult design themed attractions and experiences that amaze and engage visitors globally.
