Not only did I have to juggle the pressure and responsibility of managing and setting up 4 large productions all at the same time, these also took place in a temporary structure/space created in Clifford's Tower Car Park. A 900 seat replica of Shakespeare's Globe made entirely out of scaffolding, this meant we were both Stage Managing the Productions as well as implementing procedures and systems in, effectively, a new building and space.• Supported the Company Manager and Event Manager with daily operational functions.• Managed almost 150 actors, creatives and technical staff included managing expenses, scheduling and travel.• Analysed and generated departmental documents for appropriate distribution and filing such as Show Reports and Rehearsal Reports.• Brought all 4 Productions in on-budget and tech'd all 4 shows on-time.• Implemented Health and Safety Procedures in line with industry standard for the technical operation of the shows.• Dealt with varying weather conditions and their effect on the Productions in an outdoor venue. • Researched and sourced Props and Furniture from different time periods and collected these from across the world in a short space of time. -
