Not only did I have to juggle the pressure and responsibility of managing and setting up 4 large productions all at the same time, these also took place in a temporary structure/space created in Clifford's Tower Car Park. A 900 seat replica of Shakespeare's Globe made entirely out of scaffolding, this meant we were both Stage Managing the Productions as well as implementing procedures and systems in, effectively, a new building and space.• Supported the Company Manager and Event Manager with daily operational functions.• Managed almost 150 actors, creatives and technical staff included managing expenses, scheduling and travel.• Analysed and generated departmental documents for appropriate distribution and filing such as Show Reports and Rehearsal Reports.• Brought all 4 Productions in on-budget and tech'd all 4 shows on-time.• Implemented Health and Safety Procedures in line with industry standard for the technical operation of the shows.• Dealt with varying weather conditions and their effect on the Productions in an outdoor venue. • Researched and sourced Props and Furniture from different time periods and collected these from across the world in a short space of time.

During the summer of 2017 I returned to The Walt Disney Company in order to help fill an operational gap onboard the Disney Fantasy Cruise Ship as an Entertainment Host. Working for The Walt Disney Company was always a huge dream of mine as a teenager and I feel very lucky to have achieved that dream on multiple contracts at both Disney Parks & Resorts across the world and Disney Cruise Line.• Responsible for Port Adventures Dispatch, processing hundreds of Passengers into their excursion groups in order for a smooth and quick disembarkation• Muster Station Leader, responsible for evacuation procedures and the Health and Safety of passengers in emergency situations.• Entertain guests to ensure maximum engagement, fun and lasting memories during their cruise.
