Spanning 10 Countries, 35 iPhone carriers and over 100+ stores.Worked with a large number of EMEA iPhone carriers to upgrade their activation systems for full iPad/iOS Compatibility. Allowing the activation process to migrate from a Windows platform to iOS. Enabling an "ultimate iPhone contract buying experience" in Apple Retail stores throughout Europe. To support this project, I created and installed a whole new technological infrastructure within the Apple retail stores; this included wireless printing, a secure Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth scanning and iOS device Profile deployment.
