Ran and supervised a full service Sprint/Nextel corporate retail store. I was the head supervisor for all employees. While at the store in Ft. Smith, Arkansas I took sales from bare minimum to a major to a top five store in the Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Tennessee area. I personally received the salesman of the month award twenty two months of employment, top store of the month for 18 months as a manager, and salesman of the year top honors in 2006.

I would get my hands into every sale made in our building. I was there to ensure TRUE customer satisfaction, knowledge of everything that they were purchasing, and to make sure there were no surprises after leaving the dealership. I was also the head of training all new salespeople.
