• Responsible for the management and engagement of Centre4 Testing’s Cloud Testers team and direct liaison with our clients throughout the testing lifecycle, To ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on.
• Test Scoping and Design (Planning, Test Case Development and Scripting)
• Coverage Assessment (Browsers, OS, Devices)
• Test and QA Requirement Evaluation, Team Selection
• On-demand Test and Account Management Support throughout the project lifecycle
• Test Execution and Defect management reporting

• Responsible for end to end testing of new enhancements to the 'Travelink' (back end) reservations system
• Complete website front end functional testing, comparing various browsers including mobile browsers
• Develop test plans and record test results for all enhancement testing
• Direct liaison between Thomas Cook and our Third Party Suppliers (Comtec for Travelink and Multicom for Websites)
• I deputise for the Release Manager in managing the delivery of new enhancements to our systems from delivery into our UAT environment until Go Live
• Daily use of MS Sharepoint for logging/ tracking issues raised during testing

Northwood

• Assisting in the general day to day running of the branch
• Development of staff, for example running weekly training sessions, conducting staff 1 to 1's
• Organising the rota for the following month
• Responsible for doing weekly audit spot checks for the foreign exchange bureau
• Making sure all system errors are recorded and reported to the relevant departments at head office
• Co-ordinator for the London and South region for ancillary sales

• Managing the online content for the website making sure all correct and current prices, pictures and descriptions display
• Designing with the use of Photoshop and Quark (all self-taught) posters, leaflets, magazine articles to the clients remit and making sure they are of high standard before going to print, some of which even made it to.
• Design and assist in the building of a website for a new area the company was looking at expanding into
• Designing flash orientated banners with SwiSH software (all self-taught) for websites
• Liaising with the print operators making sure final output is as per original design
