There was no mentor so the team relied on Andy to interface with the client and produce a report that would be tailored and useful to the client's business needs. I touched base with the team twice in 2 weeks to ensure the project was on track, answered my business questions and ensured the team were working well together. The final product was outstanding, highly professional and it was clear the team took on board my needs for the business. I'm a social media skeptic so it's a challenge to get me to believe that the hype about social media has substance. The report highlighted the benefits of social media and directed me to think differently about its value. Andy had different roles on the project: team leader, creating the customer persona and edit the final report. The team worked well together and Andy integrated each person's contributions into a coherent document which was well-structured, practical and easy to read. The customer persona information was presented well, included useful information and a Canva link to create similar personas. Andy was an engaging communicator, good team player, creative and curious to learn. He grasped the needs of the client well and wove the information into a highly professional report. Highly recommended. I'm sure Andy will do well wherever he goes and whatever he chooses to do in life."
