About Andy Webster

Started working in the field of service desks/contact centres in the mid 90s, finding a career in enabling great service through development of high impact support teams. Spent a number of these years in operational and technology consulting, helping leadership teams define and deliver their sizing and service strategies. Returned to Sky in 2009 to help shape and deliver on the ambition of offering the Best Service in the Country.In August 2013 joined Webhelp, focused initially on enabling great service through right sized, people focused plans and centralising other support services for the year on year growth that followed.Latterly, developed and led Webhelp’s Global Tech and CX Operations strategic partnerships, spanning locations in UK, Europe, North America, LATAM, India and The Philippines.
