I work with clients to create a safe and supportive space where they can slow down, increase their awareness, gain greater clarity and move towards informed choices. I hold that none of us are the finished article and we are all continually growing towards who we might be.My practice draws on the psychology of change, the embodied practice of Ki-Aikido and is supported by the practical experience of facilitating thousands of learning experiments in organisations.Over the past twenty five years I have worked with pretty much everyone, at every level, in every sector designing and delivering interventions that deliver corporate objectives and stimulate personal growth.
