We exist to inspire leaders to live an extraordinary working life, and to create it for those around them. In doing so, BRIDGE helps companies achieve radical success by becoming an extraordinary force for good. OUR STORY BRIDGE was started by two undergraduates at University of Cambridge in 1990. They wanted to shape up the future leaders that many of their fellow undergraduates would become, and open their hearts and minds to sides of life that most Cambridge graduates would never encounter. They asked their peers to get involved in changing the lives of children and young adults who were living on the edge of society. These experiences inspired many to lead powerfully and courageously. Since then BRIDGE has always been trying to find disruptive and creative ways of helping change people’s mindsets and inspire them to believe the impossible is within reach. BRIDGE became something greater than we could have imagined. We followed a journey that has shown us the importance of organisation’s continuous evolution and the power of purpose for the benefit of society and for business. We have focussed on these and we have been privileged to be fellow travellers with some of the most progressive leaders and organisations in the world. LOCATIONS Our main HQ is in London, and we have offices in Singapore, Chicago, Hong Kong and Sydney.
