When my 8 year old asked me recently what I said automatically and without thinking: "I help people talk about important things." What this means is that I help individual leaders, teams and communities to sit back, reflect and solve problems and to shift towards cultures and ways of working that are aligned and effective. This can and does change the future of businesses.My help comes at critical moments of change and potential - overwhelming growth forcing changes in mindset and process - during which people are challenged to transition to a new way of being. I do this because I love walking into spaces in myself and in the world where something deeper, more mysterious and creative comes into play. I love the inspiration of insight, moments of ideation and clarity that lead us into flow and breakthrough.My experience is based on years of entrepreneurship and my own experience of private equity, start ups, branding and leadership consultancy - as well as two decades of writing, speaking and coaching.
