Included extensive planning with Radio 1 event producers and the UK’s largest festival producer Festival Republic. This included a behind the scenes day at Reading Festival with emergency services to observe the management and emergency procedures implemented for a large (90,000) music festival• Created template Event Management Plans and Risk Assessments documents with guidelines to help community event organisers plan and manage better events • Chaired the Hackney Events Safety Advisory Committee for a period of 2 years

Challenging location on small offshore island, successful event despite logistical difficulties• Launch of the Visitor Guide: I organised a large function at one of the resorts to launch the new guide. The project included coming-up with the launch theme, venue selection, contract negotiation, catering arrangements, speech writing and VIP coordination
