I also helped create a workflow-based tool designed to help businesses navigate difficult legal areas.

In 2020, BISA hosted 15+ online events and workshops in 2020, each averaging over 40 attendees. In my role as President, I managed a 24-member team to deliver high-quality events under strict time and cost constraints.

In 2019, I headed the creation of the BISA Leadership Camp and Industry Mentoring Program. My other responsibilities included delegating tasks to a team of four subcommittee members and liaising with external stakeholders.
