Growing up in Hong Kong in the '90s, I spent my weekends exploring the latest tech products in local computer markets. Chatting with shopkeepers about market trends and helping friends and family with their tech needs turned me into the neighborhood tech guru, setting the stage for my future career in IT.As a tech enthusiast and economics buff, I love seeing how new technology can transform lifestyles and boost business performance. Early in my career, working as an Enterprise Account Manager in both telecom and IT systems integration, I honed my skills in building solutions with a customer-first approach. I'm great at breaking down tech jargon for non-techies, which has been a big plus when talking to C-level and non-IT executives.Transitioning to Product Management gave me a broader view as a tech supplier.
