As the the External Director of UGA Miracle, I am responsible for organizing all of UGA Miracle’s outreach and recruitment efforts as they pertain to our external body. It is our hope to use this position as a means of stewarding our current external body and teams, while also growing the number of general participants we have. In this role, I work closely with external members and general body members. Additionally, I support the culture and reputation of UGA Miracle through recruitment, morale, and inclusion initiatives.

As the Morale chair, my main goal is to create a unified, enthusiastic group of students that can inspire and engage the entire UGA Miracle community both throughout the year and at Dance Marathon. The Morale Chair, their Leadership, and Committee work together to create meaningful engagement and keep morale high across the organization.Some of the responsibilities in this role include Color Groups, which entails selecting the year’s Color Group Captains, planning and executing Color Group reveal, implementing Color Group point tracking throughout the year, and planning Color Group games for Dance Marathon. Additionally, I will oversee the creation of the Morale Dance and the selection process for Dance Marathon Emcees. Furthermore, I will also promote the mission and the heart of UGA Miracle to the student body and engage the campus in our cause. I will also work closely with the External Director to uphold all diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives of the organization and ensure that all members feel included and respected.

My main responsibility as the Ignite Chair is overseeing a committee of first-year and freshmen UGA students showing interest and excitement about becoming part of UGA Miracle. This role helps introduce this specialized population of students to UGA Miracle and UGA by providing opportunities for them to learn more about our cause, values, and mission as an organization as they navigate their first year at UGA. I will guide the students throughout the year as they navigate fundraising pushes, signature events, Dance Marathon, and getting involved in UGA Miracle.I provide positive and meaningful experiences to these students as they are the next generation of UGA Miracle. I am responsible for creating a fun and informative environment, fostering relationships with their members, and give them the foundation to build upon in their future Miracle endeavors. In order to do so, I will plan weekly committee meetings to educate and inform their members about what lies ahead for them in UGA Miracle. A large goal for this committee is to give members the chance to see how they can get involved in UGA Miracle and learn about the opportunities available for them. This includes organizing and managing shadowing opportunities throughout the year, especially during Dance Marathon.

As a Summer Camp Counselor, I led daily archery classes for fifth to twelfth graders, ensuring both safety and skill development through structured lesson plans. I also guided nature tours, where I provided students with hands-on learning experiences that deepened their understanding of local ecosystems and historical sites. My ability to create an engaging, educational environment contributed to improved camper satisfaction and stronger participation in camp activities. Through this role, I developed my leadership and communication skills while fostering a safe and positive environment for youth development.

In my role as State Campaign Coordinator at Georgia 4-H, I spearheaded marketing and outreach initiatives to enhance program visibility and engagement. By collaborating with senior leadership, I crafted strategic campaigns that aligned with organizational goals. Through data analysis and feedback, I identified opportunities to optimize outreach efforts.
