• Directly managed a full production team in the online gaming sector, leading the delivery of more than fifty digital projects for premium global clients such as UEFA.com, Fox Soccer, Betfair and Microsoft.• Led successful delivery across multiple territories and in up to 25 languages, giving me an understanding of many of the challenges met in complex digital deliveries, and in troubleshooting the most frequently encountered issues.• Direct experience of the management of production and technical teams of up to 20 full-time employees, including digital producers/PMs, visual designers, user experience professionals, quality assurance teams, software developers and customer-service operatives. • End-to-end engagement throughout the project life-cycle, from scoping and planning through to delivery, support, maintenance and review.
