Focused on AR/AP, payroll, negotiating contracts, manage bookkeeping and work with CPA for EOY reporting / taxes.... Also, responsible for HR, Staffing and everything else that one does to get a start-up off the ground. I spend a lot of time maintaining the equipment with service managers/vendors and putting SOPs together to help run the equipment/tools side of the Farm/Ranch. It's a nice change of pace from doing sourcing on the tech side where I now get in the muck & dirt with my pickaxe, shovel and whatever it takes to make NTR an amazing place for people to come and enjoy. This is where you appreciate where your food comes from and where you can pick your meals from the ground (as well as help work the farm) and taste what fresh Biodynamic food actually tastes like. What a way to wake up everyday where you are touching "Mother Earth" and seeing all your hard work grow and shape it to something you want everyone to enjoy. LOVE IT!!!
