Working with local governments, provincial governments, and large customer accounts to create and implement mutually beneficial commercial cellular network expansion solutions. Created and currently operating a Front Office for Bell’s Wireless Networks Operations that provides informational support to Sales, Business Markets, Channels, and other internal teams.

Responsible for the performance and infrastructure implementation of Bell Mobility's high speed digital mobile networks in the Greater Toronto Area - the largest and busiest mobile market in Canada. Successfully launched the first 3G and 4G networks deployed in Canada.

In an exciting broadband wireless start-up, was responsible for worldwide radio network designs of Soma’s proprietary broadband infrastructure and 802.16e (WiMAX) systems for existing and potential customers.

Technical Manager responsible for the Network RF Design, post-installation RF Optimization, and Network / Switch Integration teams of a greenfield deployment in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Victoria. Managed a peak resource level of 4 managers, 33 engineers and 26 technicians. Identified as a member of Nortel Networks “Top Talent” by the President of Wireless Networks (Pascal Debon).

Responsible for the RF design and Optimization teams deploying new CDMA networks across the eastern half of Australia. Covering approximately 53% of the Australian population, this deployment also included the network expansions and in-building installations required to support the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
