I drive innovation across CLA as the firm embeds Engine B's generative AI tools and solutions. I work closely with CLA teams to scope and lead Pre-Discovery and Discovery activities for new AI Agents as well as other technology products. I create and facilitate workshops with senior leaders to shape the CLA Solutions Roadmap and foster new technology solutions. A key part of my role is educating and empowering colleagues to create new ideas for innovation. Finally, I am also working as part of the Digital team to perform similar roles with external clients.

I work with a number of the world's biggest global firms and companies, particularly in the UK and US, to provide solutions using a consultative selling approach. Working with the Academic Services Development team at Warwick Library to research and recommend methods of providing a diverse and broad body of information resources to students. This involved conducting scoping studies into digital solutions to the presentation of resources to students and working with senior management to understand stakeholder needs and capabilities.

I worked on the KTP project between the University of Nottingham and Nottingham City Council to develop the John Player's business and advertising archive into an accessible and prominent resource for public, academic and commercial audiences. This involved daily management of the project and deliverables, and co-ordination of staff working on them, as well as providing advice to senior management. Through this experience I developed my own management and administration skills that helped drive the project to succeed.
