OBs are experts in tailoring wind speed data acquisition campaigns to clients needs using a wide range of instruments from traditional met masts through to new Remote Sensing techniques.OBs is currently one of only a handful of companies with direct, relevant, experience in the use of both SODAR and LiDAR technologies world wide.The technology has been successfully employed by OBs in various roles including offshore met mast replacement, onshore site prospecting, and flow quality studies.OBS is also active in offshore wind energy, and are currently working on the EC FP7 programme NORSEWInD.
