Responsible for improving, adding value and cost reducing AIXTRON state of the art CCS - MOCVD production equipment ensuring that current and future customer expectations and requirements are met.

Managed a team of up to 15 expert engineers and scientists engaged in the worldwide installation, commissioning and technical support of MOCVD systems (predominantly for GaN, InP and GaAs deposition for optoelectronic and electronic applications) as well as carbon-based (carbon nano-tube and graphene) deposition systems.

This involved both chemical and morphological analysis of the filmed surfaces using a variety of techniques, including SEM, TEM, AFM, AES, XPS, SIMS and RBS.
