From organization skills to the unique knowledge I have a variety of skills I’ve acquired over my short 18-year-old life to help bring you the results you want. My dream is to earn my bachelor degree in Information Technology and use it to create, organize, protect, and help make networks more efficient. Here on LinkedIn, I hope to find a stable job while also creating some connections with those in the technology world. My experience comes from volunteering and I treated those times as if though it were my dream job. I learned from them what it meant to work for someone with expectations and worked passionately to give back results. I volunteered as a librarian assistant at Nimitz High School, construction cleaner, a computer technician at Nimitz High School, caregiver, and even once worked at a voting poll.Currently, I’m working on both my technology and communication skills. I know having proper technical skills are required for a job in the technology field, but I also know I’ll need proper communication skills. With them, I'll be able to bring a brighter atmosphere to the working environment. I know from experience that a constant issue with workers isn’t lack of skill but lack of motivation. I take time to get to know people when I meet and no matter how different they are I always make an effort to know the true them. I’ll make your current employees appreciate their job even more, and motivate them to work even harder. Being a supporting co-worker and friend they can confine to if needed, and assist them with their work if required. You’ll soon see bright-eyed employees working for with the same passion you have for your business to bring even better results.
