Supported multiple aspects of Perpetual's work to engage stakeholders and design city-wide reusable food ware systems. My contributions primarily focused on:- Building the financial model to evaluate initial investment and ROI based on system parameters- Leading our partnership with the Data Science Institute at the University of Chicago to do GIS analysis and mapping to inform system design- Supporting partnership engagement with quick service restaurants, food service management companies, CPG companies and reuse service providers.

- Trained and launched retailers to accept returns and run our credit management software to enable wine bottle return and reuse in NYC.- Identified and onboarded merchants to our last-mile logistics network enabling cost effective packaging recovery and an elevated customer experience for the DtC channel.

- Managed the circular supply chain for 50 branded products.- Developed and managed a circular supply chain planning tool to trigger restock requests, coordinate cleaning runs, and manage asset inventory.- Owned the relationship and daily operations with warehouse partners and cleaning vendors.
