As the Owner and Operator of JAB Farm & Nursery, I am responsible for the comprehensive management of our 27+ acre farm. This includes overseeing crop cultivation, livestock care, financial planning, and vendor relations. I am dedicated to enhancing production and environmental stewardship through the implementation of innovative and sustainable farming practices.In my role, I manage daily operations, from planting and harvesting to feeding and breeding, ensuring that all aspects of the farm run smoothly and efficiently. I provide training and supervision to ensure high standards of work and productivity. My responsibilities also encompass financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning to ensure the farm's economic sustainability.Additionally, I focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and the local community. By staying abreast of the latest in agricultural technologies and techniques, I continually seek out and implement new solutions that enhance our farm’s productivity and environmental impact.Under my leadership, JAB Farm & Nursery has seen significant improvements in yield and sustainability. Collaborating in 1:1 and 1:many sessions focusing on leadership, as well as individual and organizational based change and development. Created and facilitated unique coaching experiences and workshops for attendees from diverse backgrounds and departments. Focusing on areas like failing forward, maintaining learners mindsets, leadership development and managing change both personally and as a leader.Collaborated with colleagues and event stakeholders to develop engaging presentation materials and workshops that aligned with themes and resonated with attendee interests/needs. I presented conferences talks and workshops both virtually and at in person events as well as hosting executive AMAs with live and scripted questions.

Operating as a Project and Program Manager I collaborated with directors, Senior Managers and a variety of department stakeholders in the launch and development of the Multilingual Support offering. I champion initiatives and experiments designed to improve the merchant/client experience alongside the employee experience including but not limited to areas of change management, channel development, performance KPIs, knowledge management, training and leadership development.
