As the Owner and Operator of JAB Farm & Nursery, I am responsible for the comprehensive management of our 27+ acre farm. This includes overseeing crop cultivation, livestock care, financial planning, and vendor relations. I am dedicated to enhancing production and environmental stewardship through the implementation of innovative and sustainable farming practices.In my role, I manage daily operations, from planting and harvesting to feeding and breeding, ensuring that all aspects of the farm run smoothly and efficiently. I provide training and supervision to ensure high standards of work and productivity. My responsibilities also encompass financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning to ensure the farm's economic sustainability.Additionally, I focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and the local community. By staying abreast of the latest in agricultural technologies and techniques, I continually seek out and implement new solutions that enhance our farm’s productivity and environmental impact.Under my leadership, JAB Farm & Nursery has seen significant improvements in yield and sustainability.
