After starting my preschool (elfpreschool.com.sg) in 2009, I became interested in the science of how people utilise their vision in learning and daily functioning, and the effect of visual dysfunction on human performance. This led me to complete a fellowship with Collage of Vision Development (US), and start the Vision & Perception Practice to provide functional vision assessments/screenings and vision therapy to individuals affected by the following visual complications:(1) Learning Difficulties (e.g. Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disability)*(2) Brain injury (e.g. concussion), disease or degenerative conditions (e.g. stroke, sclerosis) (3) Visual conditions (e.g. Stabismus (squint), Amblyopia (lazy eye), Double Vision, Binocular dysfunction)(4) Special Needs population (eg. Cerebral Palsy, Genetical conditions)*(5) Myopia control* (6) Age-related vision degeneration(7) Typically-developing individuals whose inefficient visual performance impedes their academics/work*(8) School Screenings (For children from age 2)
