Andy Mann is a real estate professional with over 20 years’ experience throughout multiple facets of the industry including: commercial and retail brokerage, international site selection, residential and commercial development, acquisitions, dispositions, financial analysis and property management / operations. Mr. Mann has brokered, acquired, owned or developed hotel, commercial, residential, retail and student housing assets on a global scale in worldwide markets such as Boston, New York, Miami, London, Sydney and Geneva. He owns or has ownership interests in retail shopping centers, office and life science properties in Massachusetts, hotel properties in New York, street retail/gallery space and apartments in Miami and Nashville, as well as multi family properties in Dallas. Currently Andy and his partners are developing a state of the art Life Science and Lab project in Watertown Ma. Andy has played an integral role in either the property selection, real estate development, tenant procurement or ownership for nearly 1500 student residences, totaling over $180,000,000 in value and approximately 450,000 square feet of real estate. Additionally, to his interest and involvement as a Principal, over the course of his 20-year career, Mr. Mann has also been responsible for leasing in excess of 3,500,000 square feet of commercial real estate. Mr. Mann holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development & Investment from New York University and is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and New York. He was formerly with Willowbend Development and Thor Equities.
