Design, develop, modify, adapt, and implement short and long-term solutions for technology services needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure.Provide support in solving technical issues including evaluating, implementing and supporting new technology solutions as they become practical.Ownership of Citrix application delivery environments including design, documentation, configuration, implementation, incident management, monitoring, senior level troubleshooting/Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and system upgrades.Conduct ongoing Citrix technology assessments.Provide technical expertise to plan and manage supported infrastructure components such as application, database and web server hardware and operating systems, SAN and iSCSI storage, server and storage virtualization, data replication, provisioning, automated operations, and network control software, adapters and servers.
