Devicor implemented a standard Core model of business processes leveraging QAD as the ERP application to support the operations worldwide. This multi-national company in the United States, Mexico, France, Germany, Italy, Korea and Japan, owned by Chicago based GTCR, builds minimally invasive medical devices. Logan's role provided business process best practices to this new company that stood up as a result of GTCR purchase from Johnson and Johnson.
