Liaising with the head office I.T. Support based overseas.Contacting delivery agents and ensuring that proof of delivery is provided within a satisfactory time frame.Maintaining good client relations and ensuring that the clients are satisfied with the service.Ensuring that consignments sent are priced correctly.Dealing with client’s complaints, disputes and resolving service issues.Solving invoice disputes with clients and chasing payments. Processing invoices for dispatch to clients.

Responsible for controlling the 4th Party repair cycle and managing customer expectation by ensuring repair SLAs are met. Responsible for negotiating the best price for repairs. Contacting new suppliers with a view to negotiating new business.Maintaining part supply lines and workmanship quality assessment. Ensuring the accuracy of repair orders and processing subsequent invoices from 4th party repairers. Responsible for all customer and internal systems warranty handling.Ensuring all documented procedures are followed and paperwork completed to the required ISO 9002 standards.Purchasing parts from external sources for the use of both the company and field engineers.Contacting, the Service Desk and/or customers with updated ETA’s and notifying them of any supply issues that may arise.
