I recently graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Analytics at The University of Texas at Dallas. I am currently looking for full time opportunities n Data Science and Analytics domain.I have completed my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Manipal University Jaipur, India. During my Bachelor's, I interned with UPL, a pharmaceuticals company, where I worked with the marketing department in preparing various dashboards, graphs and forecasting models. I mainly worked on R and SQL, preparing scripts and dashboards for my manager. During my time at UT Dallas, I took various data analytics courses which helped me increase my knowledge and learn about various new analytical tools like Python, Tableau, PowerBI and Hadoop. Along with analytical and statistical knowledge, I also felt it was important to start getting some domain knowledge which would help me during my professional career, for which I took a few operations courses like ‘Operations Management’, ‘Risk and Decision Analysis’ and ‘Operations Analytics’, learning about pricing, supply chain and project management. Apart from academics, I was also actively involved in co and extra-curricular activities at the university. I was a board member for the Infinity Lions Club, a student chapter for Lions Club International and am currently the treasurer for the Data Science Club at UT Dallas. During my time at these clubs, I improved on my soft skills while working in a team environment. On a personal level, I am self-driven, goal oriented, organized, and precise in my work. I believe my past work experience as a data analyst intern and my current coursework has taught me the required skills, making me a good fit for the job.
