• Manage the compilation of sales reports, tracking sales activity from lead enquiry to completion, liaising with the sales team and the finance department• Identify new business opportunities and provide recommendations to Commercial Manager• Support preparation for client meetings such as preparing PowerPoint presentation.• Do some background research and preparation for client meetings.• Provide superb professional support and customer service to our clients.• Assist and support the wider business development team across all genres• Support the teams in preparing proposals and quotations for smaller value inbound inquiries.• Prepare minutes and agendas for meetings, tracking activity completion and follow through.• Take meeting minutes/actions at commercial team meeting.• To provide day-to-day support as required to the Commercial Division Team• Liaise with various internal departments and following up on client queries• Create growth plans for capital injection in small business

As a Retail Analyst reporting directly to the Regional Retail Operation Manager, I have played a key role in consistently sustaining the department’s success and productivity levels through the execution of the following tasks:Duties & Responsibilities• Generate and analyze daily sales report along with the forecast and expected closure that gives Management an accurate and up to date overview of the sales in all outlet.• Generate accurate product forecasts, distribution plans and new lunch sales projections that are critical for inventory, delivery and logistics.• Generate and review monthly and Quarterly Commission report for the Retail Dept along with various incentive schemes. • Generate staff performance reports that are used to review the sales trend of all the outlets and highlight the low performers so that prompt action can be taken.• Preparing and assigning target figures for the newly launched items to all outlets depending on potential and the market.• Preparing Yearly budget for the dept.

Duties & Responsibilities• Generating reports that project and give a clearer picture of certain operational aspects such as product forecast, providing distribution plan for the new launch.• Deliver category sales, sell out, gross margin and turnover performance to plan • Monitor and forecast inventory levels at the relevant product and location level • Generate and analyze daily sales report along with the forecast and expected closure• Monitoring seasonal promotions and exceptional sales patterns.• Propose and implement incentives to increase sales• Identify inter-store transfer of stock and direct the distribution of goods to achieve store sales • PO and Sales Order creation for normal order replenishment UAE retail warehouse and shops• Identify slow and best sellers, and respond promptly to maximize sales and minimize risks • Ensure all inventory targets are met, including stock turnover, terminal stock, and stock movements • Work with the finance team to monitor overall inventory levels to plan and forecast• Providing the necessary reports for Retail team/WSL 2 & 3 as per their requirements• Monthly Report creation such as Stock out report, New launch items performance, Liquidation items sales etc. for UAE division
