As part of one of Albwardy Investment's industrial and engineering companies, I’ve led the architectural design and execution of multiple high-profile hotel, retail, and commercial projects across Middle east & Africa. With Albwardy Investment’s backing and a focus on hospitality, my work often involves collaboration with top brands to create distinctive, high-quality spaces that meet brand standards and enhance guest experiences.My core responsibilities include:Leading projects from concept through completion, managing each stage from inception to handover.Developing comprehensive design packages, including Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design.Producing all construction documentation and architectural schedules independently.Coordinating with consultants (MEP, FLS, Security, IT, interiors, and suppliers) to align technical requirements with project goals, including review sessions and design modifications as needed.Maintaining detailed project records, including correspondence, meeting minutes, supplier quotes, and managing procurement for civil materials and interior fit-out production.Beyond hospitality, I’ve contributed to various retail and commercial developments with a focus on precise design and construction detailing. My hands-on approach ensures that every aspect of each project meets the highest standards, combining design integrity with functional excellence.

Held the position of Senior Architect, responsible for design development and the preparation of working drawings. I liaised with Ajman Municipality for building permits. Designed and constructed over 60 villas for local clients and more than 20 commercial buildings, including ground-floor shops and apartments up to G+8.A landmark project was the Avalon Heights World Pvt. School in Ajman. I was directly involved in meetings with UAE Ministry of Education officials for approvals and design development, ensuring compliance with all regulations for an educational project. I single-handedly prepared all construction drawings and coordinated with other consultants to meet design requirements and make necessary revisions.

Held position as a junior architect, involved in a team responsible for providing architectural design and space plannings for private, commercial and government sector clients. Prepared working drawings and sketch UP renderings and foam board models of various projects.
