I am passionate about sales, customer service and making a difference in people's lives. My journey started in our South African Banks where I was a broker's assistant selling policies. From there I moved on to Short Term insurance companies. My actual career as an Executive Assistant started when I joined Real People (Pty) Ltd. I started out as PA in Cybertrac - specialized Tracing Agents. I moved to Pretoria South Africa and became the PA to the Strategic Planning Director. This led me to branch off with one of the Directors that started his own company where we were involved with our Trade Unions in SA. I was then offered the most amazing position at Real People Home Finance where I was an Internal Sales Consultant. This opened the door to my love of chasing targets and assisting people at the same time. Within my first year I was named Internal Sales Consultant of the Year, which motivated me more to get involved in changing people's lives with the products we offered. Sadly this came to an end with staff cuts. My journey took me to Thuthukani Financial Services where I could bring my skills to life and help them develop a better way of communication and service delivery to our Merchants and clients. But the best was yet to come..I am now the Executive Virtual Assistant to a Company called Ignite Purpose (Pty) Ltd. The company is based in Sydney, Australia. We specialize in Business and Performance coaching and Alignment, that assists Companies and Teams in reaching their highest Performance levels. We work with acclaimed businesses in Australia such as NHVR (National Heavy Vehicle Registrar), Big W (Woolworths) Primary Health Networks across Australia, News Corporations, Polyflor (in Australia and in Asia) and so much more. The company was founded by a South African women - Christina Foxwell. She is the MD of her company, Author, Podcast Host, and regular guest speaker at Conferences, Radio and TV stations. Through her, I was able to find my other passion. I have now translated two of her Human story books (for kids and Adults) and busy with my 3rd. The Grow me Guide, a Guide to Personal Growth and Success. All 3 books are available in South Africa. Our aim is to launch all our services in SA although ALL coaching can and is currently done Virtually. We offer tailor made High Performance, Alignment and Sales Programs to each individual company.
