Configure laboratory information management system (Thetis) for clinical chemistry laboratory. Set up new tests, and communication with instruments, or partner laboratories with same LIMS, write algorithm to calculate or interpret results, create financial and other reports. Participate in introducing Thetis for new partners including the software environment setup and end user training.

I have hands-on experiences with NGS sequencing on ION torrent system. I participated in biomarker development based on DNA Methylation and developed CE marked IVD kit with multiplex real-time PCR technique on different PCR instruments (BioRad, Roche, Thermo Fisher). I have broad experience with a wide range of DNA techniques in theory and practice as well.
