Development, manufacturing and characterization of a focussing element designed for a miniature synchrotron X-ray source. The optical device is based on two multilayer mirrors mounted in a mirror bender, which precisely controls the mirror deflection. In close collaboration with the Danish National Space Center I developed a new method for collimated magnetron sputtering for mirror coatings.
