1. Performing day to day financial transaction including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivable datas 2. Processing accounts and incoming payments 3. Keeping record of customer's credit card, cheque and cash transactions 4. Updating receivables by totalling unpaid invoices 5. Validating deductions by entering adjusting entries into the company's account system 6. Resolving collections by motoring customer's payment plans, payment history, credit line with collection department 7. Preparing of monthly report by keeping track of the amount receive by customer 8. Generate and send out invoice to customer 9. Research and resolve payment discrepencies 10. Investigate and resolve customer's queries 11. Assist in month-end closing and prepare monthly metrics
