I have 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Career Coaching, Talent Development and a passion in developing individuals. In my previous role, I engaged students through learning and development programmes and coached them in their career development, equipping them with in-demand skills to secure employment and preparing them for their transition from university to the workplace.Sitting on the other side of the fence, I now play the role of an employer overseeing to internship matters.
