Major Operating theater, Obstetrics & Gynaecology Scrub-site NurseParticipate(both scrub and circulating) all kinds of O & G operations, such as:Laparatomy Hysterectomy, TAHBSO, Ca staging, Myomectomy, Cystectomy; ectopic pregnacy;Laparoscopic hysterectomy, myomectomy, cystectomy; ectopic pregnacy; Vaginal hysterectomy, Mash PFR; McDonald's stitch; Participate all kinds of other discipline's Emergency cases, such as:ORIF (Radius & Ulna, hand, etc.) Fracture/Dislocation, BKA/AKA,I & D all kinds of wound, wound debridement, change Vac. dressing,Laparotomy appendectomy, cholecystectomy, Laparoscopic appendectomy, etc.

•Nursing cardiac, neuro, medical, surgical, poly trauma and acute and chronic patients•Regularly covering night duty•Working with 10-15 staff •Admission of new patients•Caring of ventilated adults •Sometimes taking charge of the unit•Monitoring of vital signs•Suctioning (oral/nasal/trachy)•Changing of TPN•Inserting(esp. central vein-line insertion for chemotherapy)and taking care of various catheters•Giving injection, infusion, blood transfusion•Paying more attention to the patients receiving Chemotherapy•Educating and communicating with Clients and their relatives•Involved in teaching new staff members•Teaching patients how to exercise according before operation and after operation•Functioning well as a scrub and circulating nurse for various surgery•Using computer(Hospital HIS System) to deal with related daily issues•Being able to teach new staff for using the HIS(Hospital Computer) System•Going to community to supply nursing care at clients' home
