About Me: I work as a psychotherapist, supervisor, trainer and organisational consultant and hold accreditation with BACP as a senior member and registration with UKCP and EAIP (European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy). I have trained in Integrative and Gestalt models and have over 15yrs experience working in the following therapeutic arenas: EAP’s (Employee Assistance Programmes); Primary Care; NHS; and private practice. My current areas of interest are: • How people work across boundaries and hold a foot in two (or more) camps and all the cultural, inter-relational and intrapsychic issues that arise.• Therapeutic use of self as an organisational agent for change.I currently work part time in NHS at a local hospital as the Proactive Staff Support Service Manager, in private practice as an organisational consultant, therapist and supervisor, and in Romania with the Romanian Institute of Integrative Psychotherapy as a visiting lecturer in Integrative Psychotherapy.
