Angela’s experience as a project lead includes a strong background in timeline management, ensuring timely achievement of major milestones, coordinating the efforts of the integrated implementation team and acting as the Ambulatory design and build analyst. She is experienced in offering command center troubleshooting and issue resolution, workflow review and design, build support, and physician and clinical staff support and training during implementation of a fully integrated Epic suite, including the Project Management applications. Angela has been involved in the full implementation life cycle, including sales and demonstrations, planning and implementation support, and remote support post Go Live while balancing multiple implementations and supporting “live” customers. Additionally, Angela has experience implementing the Allscripts FollowMyHealth patient portal at a large multi-hospital health system as well as multiple single-specialty, multi-physician practices. This experience includes design, configuration, integrated system testing, Go Live and ongoing help desk support for internal staff end-users as well as patients, for implementations across multiple clinical systems, including over 400 Allscripts TouchWorks ambulatory practices. She was also responsible for developing a comprehensive training plan designed for users at acute facilities and ambulatory physician practices.
