The Widening Participation Unit aims to empower students from equity groups to participate in higher education. As a Lead Facilitator/Student Ambassador, I sought to encourage high school students to develop their literary skills, engage their creativity and envision their future capabilities.

The Global Advocate is an international affairs magazine with essays, interviews and creative works from students and volunteers.- Oversaw a team of editors to develop the theme, manage submissions, edit contributions and design the publication.- Liaised professionally and consistently with relevant stakeholders.

- Managed and assisted in the promotion of programs and events through social media and email marketing campaigns.- Coordinated a monthly newsletter to all members.- Coordinated and oversaw the use of all internet communication, including social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and email marketing campaigns.- Oversight of Media Officer in charge of the photography and media collected at events.
