I lead our Front of House operations at Glasgow Film and am involved in all aspect of staff training, H&S and emergency response, event management, volunteer and staff recruitment, ticketing and IT, customer care and ensuring a great cinema experience for all! A central part of our business is running the Glasgow Film Festival annually in February alongside its integral school's week, youth and short film festivals. Glasgow Film offers an array of accessible screenings including Visible cinema, autism-friendly screenings and dementia-friendly events and priding ourselves on 'Cinema for All'. Private events at GFT range from corporate hospitality, product launches, promotional events for charities, weddings, birthday parties, cast and crew screenings, film tests and staff briefings.
