Started as a Case Specialist and was promoted to a number of other positions including: Lead Case Specialist, Supervisor, Senior Tax Analyst and Senior Account Manager. Respond to emails and voice mails to insure that all matters on clients’ cases are being resolved. Mentor other Account Managers with client situations and the completion of forms. As a Supervisor I was responsible for a team of 13 Case Specialists ensuring that they were maintaining their client load and meeting company goals.
