Proposal Process - Work with sales staff to get project information timely. Input project information in Salesforce on internet. Follow up on missing info with Sales or Client. Determine if required and fill out Intent to bid. Determine bid walk/meeting date. Set up project folder on server. Fill out Bid sheet on server. Download bid documents to project folder. Print and Prepare Bid book. • Determine submittal requirements for proposal to in include such as: Environmental Health and Safety Plan, Execution Plan, Schedule, Labor Rates, Unit Prices, Resumes, ORG chart, Insurance, Bonds, Permits, etc. • Set Up InDesign Proposal – Prepare cover letter, address proposal and forms to be attached. Set pages for submittal. • Post Results to Salesforce• Prepare bid turn over book. • Sub list management – Update list, send request for quotes to subs. Keep sub bidding list status. Project Local vendor additions. • Material list – Review scope of work letter for materials provided by owner / contractor. Request quotes from vendor.
